The Role:
As a Campaign Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Existing Customer Marketing.
As the Campaign Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of complex marketing and communications programs for Vanquis' existing customer initiatives, including Gateway development.
Your expertise will shape our marketing strategy, ensuring flawless execution across channels such as direct mail, SMS, email, statements, In-App notifications, and more. You will also play a vital role in aligning with internal stakeholders, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
As a Campaign Manager, you will:
- Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement the marketing strategy for existing customer programs, aligning activities to broader business objectives.
- Campaign Management:Oversee multiple concurrent marketing initiatives across various business lines (cards, loans, savings), ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Budget Ownership:Manage budgets, driving positive ROI while continuously seeking opportunities for cost optimization.
- Channel Expertise:Lead activity across diverse channels, building a test-and-learn framework to optimize performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with internal teams, including Credit Risk, Compliance, and Product, as well as external providers, to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
- Performance Insights:Regularly report on campaign metrics, addressing performance gaps and identifying growth opportunities.
- Compliance Focus:Ensure all activities meet regulatory and customer conduct requirements.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering results in a marketing or commercial environment.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing channels like direct mail, email, SMS, and CRM platforms (e.g., Adestra, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong project management and creative development skills, with a focus on maximizing customer impact.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial services marketing and related regulations.
- Ability to define, measure, and report on campaign performance against commercial targets.
- Exceptional campaign and budget management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of segmentation, financial promotions, and compliance processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and influencing skills at all levels, including senior management.
- A collaborative approach with a track record of driving cross-functional success.
